hello, my name is jemma and I am 12. I have to get some vaccinations at school and I am really scared, how far do needles go into your upper arm?

i agree, my needle phobia is terrible and i dont believe it can be cured that quickly either. im willing to give anything a try, but i just dont see how an hour can cure something thats been with me for life

sadly not yet . I'm going to do some more CBT starting this week. Basically I have to do it - it's incredibly limiting to have a phobia like this. I want to travel more, but am being held back.

I agree with you.. its not that easy.. I have had this for several years and I tend to get violent to stop it. I can do anything to stop it.

The proof of any treatment is in the results. I run a private practice and see hundeds of these every year. Most are sorted quickly, some take longer. Respectfully, you are totally wrong and since that session he has had a number of injections with absolue ease. The video may be "irrelevant" to you, but to date I have not had any phobias that culd not be cured and tested within an hour. Many of these were recorded for the 26 hour seriesof BBC sessions. If you want help to resolve this, by all means get in touch and discover that you too can have this fear easily removed, if that's what you want...
