@predator432alien I guess it depends on how heavy the paint is, and if you wanted to use the figurine, how willing would you be about the paint chipping off? The problem with tinfoil is that it's a already very malleable form of art, and one wrong arm movement and it could come off. I personally haven't tried using paint on the folks, but if I did, then I would probably try to find a medium based kind of paint. Although, Spray works very well also, but you might need to get a mold for it.

@tkewetk I simply start by taking a sheet of aluminum foil, and cut and rip it to form the blueprint for the body. I add additional parts from there, usually adding features next, then maybe armor, then some tools, it really depends...I havent been doing this much recently.

you mean like the Gi-Joe's? yeah, seems like a nice idea. but maybe you should leave it as one color? Perhaps your going for the evil machine look.
