lol the comment section is like therapy to help desk workers.
too many times I have been asked "what is a good computer", when they want my opinion for buying one.
and then they don't provide any information like model or the store they are trying to buy it from.
its like, "is Acer a good computer?", "is Toshiba a good computer?" etc.
they don't understand that that is almost like asking, "is fruit good?"
oh and my favorite "this ONE program wont work, time to get a new computer".

Real life for sure! I worked a help desk for 6 years. Had one user who didn't know she could pick her mouse up and relocate it on her mouse pad. She was picking up her mouse pad AND her mouse and moving it around in the air. To her credit, she laughed at herself.
