It is a touching vid, indeed! I was always brainwashed - fr early on- the tv Warner Bros cartoons laughing at Hitler- into thinking this man was evil!

Truth is, the German Nationalist Movement was in REACTION to what was happening in Russia. The Germans were seeing the utter slaughter of non-jews in Russia, and took steps to defend themselves!
