Britney didn't do anything, everything was actually made by her producers, songwritters, marketing team, not her, all she had to do was lip-sync, dance and look pretty something any girl could do, but on the other hand Gaga did produced and wrote her own music, so i guess you can say that she really canged pop music herself with her own ideas and her own difiniton of pop wich is the one that we all have right now
