I don't know what you mean by fast starts and slow starts. As far as I can tell from the video, the arrow seems to go round at a constant speed every time.

@HoppyTheRobot = The fast and slow starts are worked around the PLAY NOW light coming on,,, and if the arrow starts that second, ( Fast Start ) , Or ,,a pause of say 2 seconds BEFORE the arrow starts , ( Slow Start ) , Some get it Instantly, most don't ! , But if you did get it in the 1960s , ( As i did ) , it was very profitable Indeed .
