Living Enlightened Master, Acharya Shree Yogeesh, sheds light on the true meaning of Beauty.

In today's society, many people battle with themselves to feel better about the way they look, the perceptions of their body, and always comparing themselves to others.

Hundreds have issues with self esteem and confidence because of their misconceptions of what true beauty is.

Acharya Shree states that the person who improves themselves and increases their higher qualities is the most beautiful person. Whether they are attractive or unattractice is not the question, people can perceive beauty through seeing a persons' higher qualities.

Acharya Shree Yogeesh does not promote the ideas of plastic surgery, dieting, makeup to help a person consider themselves beautiful, he would rather see them improve their selves and souls, and thus resulting in true beauty.

I have struggled my whole life being told Im too skinny, Im 6 ft tall weighing under 150. That has been my only physical struggle. Too many juice roid users Ive known in highschool in the past reccomended me gaining more weight. I will meditate on this. Ive been feeling a bit skinny lately. BTW I chuckeled when he said sixpacks. I love this video.
