RAGALAYA TRUST,Chennai is a vibrant organisation committed to the development and appreciation of Carnatic Music.The activities of the Trust are propelled by Mridangam Maestro Tiruvarur Sri BHAKTAVATSALAM and the well known Carnatic singer Smt.GEETHA RAJASEKHAR . In commemoration of the birth centenary of Bharat Ratna C.SUBRAMANIAM, the father of Indian Green Revolution and a great connoisseur of Carnatic music, Ragalaya trust concerts are held at different venues all over Tamilnadu. This clipping is a concert from the vocal recital of Sri MOHAN SANTHANAM ( disciple of Vidwan Prof. T.R.SUBRAMANIAM ) held under the auspices of Ragalaya trust Chennai, at Valampuri Sri Gnana Vinayagar Temple, Kurunji nagar, Pondicherry. Mohan Santhanam sings a composition of Harikesanallur Muthiah Bhagavatar in the ragam Hamsadhwani, set to Adi talam, Tisra Nadai.
