@darealdjnutz have you ever considered agricultural, plastic storage tanks? some of them are very large a few could be clustered attached by hallways built in watever creative way you can think of. The benefit of using these would be they're waterproof, decay resistant well beyond a lifetime and easily modified. Ventilation, wiring, dry storage, water storage no problem.

74VDC you get pretty amped over your pretty big assumptions. There are many places in the world where the climate would permit this design to operate with little to no HVAC, and even more that would require only a little- like the SF bay area for example. Not everyone lives in that swamp that you do.

It is how you perpare the outer casing You will need something like the truck bedline called 'Armoral ' It is highly strong thick paint to protect it from mositure I had plan to use a three story home with the fisrt floor to be underwater on a daily bases in the Florida Keys to have the "first floor for a boat dock / boat house " with roll down doors to protect the boat andthe structor...
