In this episode of Exploring the Illusion of Free Will, taped on November 4, 2011, producer and host George Ortega explains how the producer of Manhattan Neighborhood Network's Myth of Free Will, "The Messenger," and I have succeeded in taking the truth of our causal over the tipping point after which human beings will evolve a new causal consciousness that will thereafter lead to a blame-free world.

The debate over whether humans have a free will languished for centuries in academia. In 2010, George Ortega decided it was time to move the issue to the public arena in a big way. Ortega spearheaded a buzz about free will that ultimately led to an explosion in mainstream media and Internet coverage, including cover stories by New Scientist and Scientific American Mind magazines. For a description and chronology of how he did it, see "History of How Refuting Free Will Went From Academia to the Public Spotlight" at http://exogenousagency.wordpress.com/... The article includes over three dozen hyper-linked mainstream press articles on the topic between 2004 and 2012.

For dozens of episodes from the world's first and only ongoing initiative exclusively dedicated to exposing free will as an illusion, visit Ortega's site at http://causalconsciousness.com/. Our initiative includes two television programs - A weekly show with live call-in episodes on Manhattan's MNN, and a weekly television series cablecast to White Plains, New York, select Westchester, County, New York communities and Manhattan.

You are taking way to much credit body. Be a little bit more humble, Sam Harris is doing a way better job then you.

Actually, we don't take any credit because we acknowledge that nothing we do is up to us. We like to have fun with that fact. But we got the media interested in all of this before Harris published his book, and I've been personally working to promote this truth for 15 years.

I agree that Harris is doing a much better job than we are, but he's also turning a lot of people off to the topic. Have you read how he starts his book?

Also, Harris doesn't come close to getting how important this is. He's already on to other books and other projects, and only occasionally will write and talk about this.

Many people have discover the illusion of free will before you. Einstein is one of them.

We don't say we're the first. We're doing something similar to what Freud did. He didn't discover the unconscious; he popularized it.
