    I feel a good stretch in my chest and don't feel any shoulder strain. Flexibility varies from person to person. Also realize I am leaning forward a lot. I would not be able to go that low upright.

    This simulates being on a decline bench and bringing the bar down to your chest.

  • when i do dips i cant lean as much as you. i used to but i forgot how i did that. sounds stupid but i havent done dips since last summer
