@bagelragel, or why couldn't they just come up with a newer version of Spiderman being a black guy rather than the Ultimate. like they could've come up with a version known as Marvelous, or a word similar to that for a new version

@kevin8998 Don't worry, it was only the Peter Parker in the Ultimates universe which began in 2000 that got killed off. The Peter Parker from the main Marvel Universe(The Amazing Spider-Man) is still alive and well, so don't worry, ok?

@GarthMcCreery Okay, you all realize that Peter Parker is still alive in the main Marvel Universe, right? This is only the Peter Parker from Ultimates that has died. The real Peter Parker is still alive and dealing with all of New York being turned into Spider-People by the Jackal. Now considering how many heroes the Ultimates' universe has already killed off -- including half of the Ultimate X-Men -- I don't know why anyone cares about this continuity anymore.
