Just me sharing some things that have worked for me in the past that I plan on incorporating to help me get to my goal weight. If you have any tips please feel free to share them below :)


Oh yeah and I forgot to mention anything about my exercise and such so I will talk about that part next time.

  • Basically, cut out sugar, white flower, processed foods, NO soft drinks what so ever, bread, pasta, salt and eat fruits, veggys, proteins(Mostly just fish, turkey and chicken) by doing that you will probally loose 20 pounds fast.. and drink green tea

  • OMG!!! It's Thanksgiving Day and I got in some jeans I could even get over my thighs a few months ago. I'm about to go crazy with joy. Keep up the progress...we have to support each other and get healty...and LOOK good.l hahaha

  • @GucciGyrl1229 try looking for whole grain breads, pasta. I'm a southern girls so i know i love my biscuits to, try looking for while grain biscuits. You will find them in the freezer part of your local store. But still stick to the serving that's on the nutrition facts. And add some fiber, it's good for the tummy and adsorbs water. And try and get in 6-8 cups of water a day to know how much water you should have take your weight and divide by 2 and that's how many ounces you should have a day!
