Maybe the zipper "pull", or handle? If you were to thread a paperclip in there, it will work. It will look sorta "country", but you can figure what you think fits better later.

I actually have a sweater that isnt more then 2 months old, in which the handle part of the zipper slider broke in half..so now I have some cloth in the loop so I have something to grab to be able to zip it up and down.

this video is relative to my interest, I was wondering if you could replace these things!

If the handle broke in half, I wonder if it may be a larger than usual pull, in which case you find find some success using an epoxy. PovertyLabs likes JB Weld!
