This church was established by Pastor Dennis Balcombe in Hong Kong, although he comes from the US, him and his whole famliy speak Cantonese together. 包德寧一家美國人數年異居他鄉,可是他們卻步當之係他鄉,反而當自己是華人,一家以粵語為溝通語言。他一兒一女自幼講廣東話,他倆十八歲時才開始學英文。
@KKM121 I ever saw a pair of sister has close body touch with each other, this sprout the sense of homosexuality. And evolution... believeth of evolution is ignorance of christianity
@andrewjohngordon I would believe He trusted in His disciples to do it. He was also crucified. Maybe also travelling was more of a hassle 2,000 years ago. I think you have a legit question. I would ask Christians you know personally.
What is more gullible than someone growing up in their own culture and believing in the god of their culture? Answer: Someone growing up in their culture and believing in a god from another culture.
Why didn't god make himself known in China thousands of years ago just like he did in the Middle East. Or why not Sub Sahara Africa for that matter, or North and South America, or Australia, or Japan, or the Pacific Islands, or Europe, or Russia, or India, or every other place on Earth?
... Therefore, it is always a good idea to keep an open mind and connect to one true higher-power of love (we call that "God" and we believe that as "Trinity" - The Son, Father as well as the Spirit - Holy Spirit, that is).
Cheers, (See you in Heaven/Hell - But I believe, Heaven :-)
First of all, unlike most insensitive Christians, I will not "quote" the "scriptures" to "talk to you" if you know what I mean.
OK, here I go ... Basically, Yes, I agree - You're right about the "Science". But, in Life, often, there's something deeper than just a "rational mind", and it's called "Faith".
Therefore, "What-if" you are wrong and that there's indeed a after-life ...
@cheshirial
Sorry, I am not sure if I understand what you mean. Would you mind rephrasing?
Thank you for your reply.
