@J0shuaFranc Sailor Animamates were good sailor senshi who then surrendered to Galaxia, thus they gave up their star seeds to Galaxia and she gave her those powerful bracelets which allow the Sailor Animamates to keep on living even without their star seeds. That's explained by Galaxia when Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune decide to surrender under false pretences.
