I have come a long way since watching this video probably 20+ times.

Rob is at a level where he's so confident he will step into their playground, expose their liability and put them in a position of anger and fear.

So in other words, Rob is using tactics where you 1 up them by not simply defeating their illegal henchman trying to cite you but, make them take a financial loss which you then pocket based on THEIR rules.
