Part of The Swimmers Body workout program to get the attractive swimmers body shape, without spending hours in the pool.

Discover The Muscle Building, Fat Burning Workouts & Simple Proven Science Of Nutrition That Develops The Classic V-Shape, Broad Shoulders & Defined Abdominals Of The Swimmers Body... Guaranteed!

How do I get a swimmers body?

The combination of proper nutrition, weight training and cardio training (including circuits like this) is the fastest way to get a swimmers body.

Spending hours swimming is NOT the best way to get a swimmers body!!! This will only develop your pull muscles and not your push muscles. Your muscle growth will also plateau quickly as the resistance of the water is not enough.

How long will it take?

Results will be accelerated with the right nutrition. Do not try and copy professional swimmers who eat 5 to 6,000 calories a day. This is because they spend 4 to 6 hours a day in the pool and swimming is know to increase appetite. Work out your target daily calorie intake and then select nutritious muscle building foods with regular meals of lean proteins and complex carbohydrates.

Some people understand nutrition better than others. Everyone starts at different levels of fitness. Some can workout more often than others. There are many different factors involved so I cannot put a general timescale on how long it will take. However, using the advice in this article you will get there faster than just swimming regularly.

  • Having the swimmers body without even swimming. Ridiciulous.

  • you don't have to spend hours in the pool if you contently swim hard for an hour with short brakes in between and lift light weights 2 or 3 times a week for 30min.

YOU CAN NOT HAVE A SWIMMERS BODY UNLESS YOUR IN THE POOL!!!
