  • something tells me this guy is an old wrestler

  • haha, very old.

  • In the the words of Crack Head Bob, "Dawesome, Totally Dawsome!!!", Sick variations!!

  • "I am darry"

  • Ok, I think I got it now. I'm just wondering how many of an exercise one should be able to do before being able to progress to the next one.

  • It depends brother, typically if you can breeze through the lower movements for 3-4 sets, you should easily be able to progress. But that doesn't mean you can try the next level. Just keep moving up and trying to them out.
