Microsoft Lifecam VX-7000

http://live.pirillo.com - I received the new Microsoft LifeCam VX-7000 camera and hooked it up. Unfortunately, I'm having serious issues with it, just as I did with the last version. This is really shocking to me, and disappointing.

I think Logitech heard Chris' statement about "companies writing off webcams as crappy little devices" They have always been top notch with video and sound quality, but now especially in the past few years with the C905, C910, C525/C510, C615, Pro 9000, Orbit series, and now the C920 which includes a built in H264 encoder which takes the strain off the computer and allows true 1080 HD video calling on Skype 5.7 and above. @livingwatersofGod google 'free webcam security software motion detection' by the way you can use 10$ webcams off ebay with them but they look like crap compared to a higher resolution cams. vx4000 looks really nice i just installed one on a side job recently. what you are looking for is 1024x768 resolution AT A MINIMUM if you want a nice quality picture. Also backlighting is really important for low light situations. Security lights are an alternative for outdoor night security shots.

The main features I am looking for in a webcam is high quality and motion detection video recording. What do you know about those features in a webcam. What is the brand, model, and store to buy it? I wouldn't get that webcam you spent a hundred dollars on even if someone gave it to me for free. That was ridiculous for it to perform like that. Could you let me know about the motion detection web cams?
