Here is a 57 Ford Thunderbird JR body that was made from the factory original mold. This body and bumpers can be used to replace a damaged original body or the bumpers can be purchased seperatly. Replacement frames are also available along with many other parts to recreate a 1957 Thunderbird JR since the originals are rare and expensive. These were not pedal cars! They are powered promotionals that used electric or gas engines and were used by dealers in 1957 to help promote the new model year cars. If you want to learn more about them go to http://www.jrcentral.com Or if you have been looking for a Thunderbird JR for sale with no luck you can find a list of replacment parts on http://www.jrcentral.com/resources.html

There are reproduction frames to fit that body if it is a Powercar body

Do you still have the 1960 mold? Am interested in having you make one. Thanks!

Yes indeed I do! I also have made a set of custom taillight inserts for the 60 with the triple taillights and correct crosshatch pattern

I will not sell the mold. I will sell bodies out of the mold. If you go to the site in the description the resources page has all the prices and a list of available parts

Thanks, but most of the credit goes to the Powercar company and the Ford Company stylist that actually built the wood and clay mold master and sent it to Powercar to make the original factory mold that I own. My fiberglass guy also does very good work hand laying the bodies so that all of the original details are as they are suppose to be.
