  • Sounds like more of a cross between a Strat and a LP but leaning more towards a LP vibe. Tough guess but that amp is heavenly!

  • No need to guess--it's a Fibenare. Scroll down for more details...

  • Lance confirmed that the speakers used in all of his clips are Austin Speaker Works Elegante, which are Alnico 12".

  • @timmonsisbest Probably. However, I see his cabinet (equipped with Austin Speaker Works Alnico) on the right side together with the cable going to there.

  • @kovarikanyar He probably had the cabinet in another room. His ears would probably be bleeding if that was in front of him and the camera mic would probably be distorting.

  • @uterallindenbaum Thats the best classic sounding rock tone I have heard bar nun you win. As Charlie would say Winning! hahah

  • Jesus that amp sounds great. That is the tone of a arena rock when you don't want to play around with other companies amps and pedal gimmicks. Fender for clean and marshall for gain. Thats just how it is.

  • @kovarikanyar The amp would have been extremley loud during recording. At some point in the vid he says something along the lines that the amp is not in the same room as him. either it was in a iso cab miced up, or it was in another room. I don't think an attenuator was used. That compressed tone comes from cranking the amp to 10 aswell as the fact that the superbass has quite a compressed and bassy tone.

  • I think a good attenuator was also used in this clip achieving a nice compressed tone.

Anyway, I hear the noise of strings, which also supports that the amp was not loud during recording.

  • @lancekeltner what effects are you using with this amp

  • Is the 10,000 like a superbass and the 12,000 a super lead

  • 1:53 says it all! funny. I've been hanging out in the metro forum for about 4 years. Dream amps. Someday....someday....

  • reverb? delay? nothing? do tell?
