What SHOULD be self-explanatory is that this is a really stupid idea. Judgement was snarfing out cinnamon for hours after and really felt like shit. Hopefully, all you clowns will look at these videos, have a good laugh, and then decide to not be as dumb as us.

The science behind it, by the way: cinnamon is a very fine powder, and it's also very dry and spicy. When that much cinnamon is in your mouth, it soaks up the saliva, leaving your mouth very dry, and making it very hard to swallow. On top of this, there is the burning sensation of the spice added into the burning of such a dry mouth. The pain makes one want to cough, and the coughing can result in a painful inhalation of the cinnamon.

Most of the people who get hospitalized from this do so because they are either asthmatics who couldn't handle the dust, or because they ate way more than a teaspoon, thinking they were gonna be cool (like someone we know... har har idiot). Eating more than a teaspoon means that the cinnamon can clump (due to saliva or drinking water), and the clump can block your airways.

So if you ARE going to try this, please be smart about it! And use milk, not water! We found that out after, :P

But we don't advise you trying this, no.

We do advise you having a good laugh, however~
