At the 2010 CPAC, Students For Liberty co-founder and President, Alexander McCobin, spoke out in defense of liberty in terms of equal rights for all. The overwhelming response was cheering and applause for SFL's position. While a later speaker, Ryan Sorba, got up to condemn CPAC for its tolerance and SFL for speaking out in its favor, the crowd booed him off the stage before he could finish his remarks. To see the power of the student movement for liberty, and what we stand for, check out this video.

You can't "turn gay" through experimentation, dumbass, even if you are straight and really want to be for some reason. The best you can do is turn somebody who's bisexual closer to one side or the other. I was gay for as long as I can remember, and I didn't need to have sex to know it.

Nobody discussed anybody having head or men's hairy assholes until your pervert, closeted mind came up with it. Stick to facts please. I do not give a rat's ass about your perverted imagination.

  • I imagine Sorba thinks that women who do not want to have children or who don't desire a mate are going against natural law as well.

  • Another piece of bigoted trash boo'd off the stage. I love it!

  • @Sistarovat Can't tell if serious or retarded. Then again there's Poe's Law. Its so hard to tell with religious nuts.

  • Homosexuality is IMMORAL. It goes against God's law and goes against natural law. Most of these idiot students have been programed in college not to think for themselves. They've been brainwashed since they were in kindergarten that they evolved from animals - a concept that is completely against every piece of scientific evidence ever presented. They've been taught that there is no God and morality is relative. That's why this country is going down.

  • This has got to be one of the funniest clips I've ever seen. And the elderly people look so confused by all the angry youths. And Sorba is clearly confused, in more ways than one. Ron Paul Revolution, 2012! Liberty for all!

The one throwing a tantrum is Ryan Sorba. Calling out people, and saying that that you are their enemy? What do you call that kind of childish behavior?

The Left believes that government controlled economies lead to a Utopia which will inexorably drive all behaviours. If you were to change "government controlled" with "free market" you'll find Libertarians. It's trading one Utopian delusion for another."

Not sure what your point here is. Incentives do affect behaviour.

  • @fishblades haha, he doesn't get out of being racist just because he's black. i'm black, i should know.

and abortion is a grey issue, i won't argue with you on it, i only mention it because it's just one more instance where republicans come out on the anti-minority side. further showing the pattern.

and on gay marriage/unions, i don't think you speak for all republicans on that one.

obviously some are very compassionate like the kid in the video, but the leadership seems against that.

  • @jwka2001

Pro-Tax cuts for the rich hahaha. I don't believe people should be punished for their success. What morals do you have that makes you think it's ok to take from someone to give to another? I can't justify wealth redistribution or punitive taxes morally. It's just wrong.

oh about the God thing. I'm not a religious person at all but I respect all faiths. Our founders clearly stated our rights come from God. If they came from Government they could be taken away.

    Nice try though.

  • @webmaster2089

Yeah the guy who said that was Herman Caine... a black man. Damn racist/bigoted Republicans!

We are anti-abortion because it is basically murder. I can't kill my father if he asked me to and signed a latter and everything. So why is it ok to kill babies. Personal responsibility. If you don't want a baby don't get pregnant. There's only one way to get pregnant. Protection.

Conservatives do not support gay marriage but do support civil unions, like Elton John does, go figure.

  • @fishblades no, i'm talking about all muslims. i heard a recent quote from a republican governor (don't remember who) being asked if he would be comfortable with a muslim in his cabinet and he said absolutely not.

combine that with them being anti-gay marriage, anti-choice for abortion, pro-tax cuts for the rich, and the republican party really starts to paint a picture for you.

and first support taking "in god we trust" off the money, then tell me you understand the constitution.
