JIcamas are high in soluble fiber.That lowers your cholesterol,regulates blood sugar as well as curbing your appetite.I've never tried one but I'll be looking for them now. : D

@strayboi93 right now i am still dieting and i am getting out more then i ever use to. making friends and honestly.. something emotionally life changing for the negative happened to me and it made me not so excited about being a raw foodist.. i've been falling off my path but not totally.. so when i said i'd be high raw for life. i really meant it. and lately, i am getting myself ready to go hard core on it again. I'm not sure if i will video it, but I'm just too stubborn to give up on myself.

my name is laura and im 205 pounds >.< but its wierd people made me stand on a scale to prove it, i do not look 200 pounds i guess -.- i still think im fat, and i still think she is doing grate to keep up with losing weight, what is this diet thing ? wether i look 200 or 160, my weight is not healthy for my body were ever it is at i got to get it off, im seeing affects on my health help?

@unknownfallenangell well, before i even lost all the weight i have, I had already alleviated almost all my health problems. Eating a more natural cleaner diet did wonders for my health. I eat about 80% raw foods like fruits, veggies, nuts and seed. the other 20% are cooked whole foods. I try to avoiding carbs like grains and sugar, any pre-made sauce, condiments. I make my meals from scratch because i want to avoid all the mystery "spices, natural flavors, and preservatives". it works for me.
