build4life sold the 2 houses in may of 2008 and now have 1,500,000eu in the Bank ! A new Day Unit / CF Clinic will be ready in May 2010 with the total cost being financed by build4life. The Hospital Management have also agreed to provide space for 11 "Protected Beds" for PWCF and again build4life will be funding this facility. We hope to have the Protected Beds available by year end 2010.

Because there are no dedicated Cystic Fibrosis Unit's in Ireland we (CF parents) decided to raise fund's to provide one in Cork University Hospital. Since last October we have raised 400,000 eu and the 2 houses when auctioned should make 500,000eu. This will bring us very close to our target of 1 million euro's !
