In the other video, not the best one, this dog was teased with water spray. Hope it was just teasing. Felt sorry to this dog. There is no need to train a domestic animal to the level or circus.

i think he's okay. his tail wouldn't be wagging if he didn't like doing it. our dog used to whine when he was really really excited about getting a treat.

my dogs whine like that when they want the treat that was promised for- cute tricks, being good while being brushed or in the bath, etc.

So I just thought she had a treat or something for him and he wanted it. For all we know she uses hand gestures with treats in hand or something.
