i know getting ur pet fixed/neutered will make them stop spraying... but if he has an overactive bladder or if its uncontrollable you might not be able to do anything

I have a Pit.Boxer mix that's about 5 months old. Has a bladder problem. If he's scared enough, or too excited, he'll spray whatever he's on. also, He'll use the bathroom outside when he's places besides home. How do I fix this? I'm new at the training thing, he's my first dog :p
