Most gangs consist of peoples who's ancestors were killed by white settlers, kicked off their own land or brought here against their will. subconscious Awareness of The lack of justice for these evil deeds have been passed down through generations, nothing really justifies gang behavior but that's why a lot of minorities don't respect the law or white society in general.
