  • I'd recommend less swinging for a more vigorous excersize

  • It's a pole vaulting exercise. Less swing would mean that it wouldn't suit the intended goal of mimicking the swing in a pole vault.

  • Hey can you point me to a video of a full bubka where either you or the person goes upside down. I've seen a few where they touch the bar with their toes, and some where they go all the way down which is right and what's the muscle difference?

  • @HawtGlass That would be more of a body building take and less explosive of athletic take... This is more like an olympic lift

  • then don't let her throw her head back and the leg could be a little straighter... I really don't like half bubkas because they teach you to tuck under the bar, rather than to swing up on top of it.

  • ahh... i come from a climbing background and swinging is a no-no. but then this isn't climbing!

  • who makes that rack?
