Actually the release of this can be found by simply googling the title. It's already patched and has 2 versions so that it is compatible with different emulators.

I hate to ask, but can you tell me the title of the song used at the end of this video. It reminds me of something from the Metal Gear series (might actually be from MGS but I can't think of a title... it'sdriving me nuts).

I can understand why one would want to limit the distribution of the hack when it was in its beta stage, but what about now? is the hack finished? where can I get it? Google provides little help.

@SatoshiMatrix1 No, only up to 8 stages for the current version. Although I hid the hack away from the public until 10/31/09's release, I won't give give links to this hack as of now. You have to ask someone else who have it.

It's already downloadable. However, it doesn't come with an IPS patch you have to batch the Rockman 4 rom entirely to play it. It's the 3rd BETA of the game so far.
