My godfather can relate to Rambo. He, too, served in Nam, coming back to people badmouthing him. And it's assholes like Jane Fonda that planted that lie in others' heads.

Are you an American citizen? I suppose not. Veterans of the Vietnam War are heroes. They did what theyt were called to do. They did not get the support that they deserved from the Oval Office.

Face it, the US had no reason to be in Vietnam. It was essentially France's problem. But people did not deserve to be spat on or abused like that.
