why did Bush mention 9/11 in this speech. 9/11 had nothing to do with Iraq and it's totally unrelated

Where is the weapons of mass destruction? Get rid of Saddam? Al Qaeda is in Iraq? Obviously, not the mission just an excuse to invade and stay in Iraq. How many more times are we going to let this administration trick the people of this Nation by changing the reasons why our troops are in Iraq.
