Yes, mother nature knows what she's doing. Any time you eat industrialized foods you are playing with your health in a bad way. Time for people to educate themselves about real foods and natural health.
More power to us all. I feel like the FDA, AMA, and the rest despise the little people and wish our doom. How else could all this pollution and ill health be tolerated on such a massive scale as it is in America? Why are we so passive about the poisoning of every aspect of our life by institutions? We are too sick?
@Catherine8here I believe that fruits and vegetables are great compliments to animal foods and fermented foods but I do not believe they should make up the main portions of ones diet because they lack necessary amounts of fat soluble vitamins found in animal foods. Saturated fat and cholesterol are very good for you. If fasting is your thing, go for it but not too often nor too long. If not, I don't think you're missing out on anything so long as your food and environment is clean.
