I let go of bad tinnitus after 20 years and no longer suffer from symptoms. Having learnt how to do this myself, I have helped hundreds of people let go of their own. This video shares important advice on how to let go of tinnitus and where you can find out more: www.cst.eu.com

  • Can Tinnitus hapen from popping your ear while blowing your nose. anyway I my ear poped and later after that I tried to sleap and I heard that slight ringing and I couldnt sleap, and my ear is still ringing slightly. Do I have tinnitus?

  • You might have temporary tinnitus, but it is most likely to go away by itself.

The best thing you can do is relax, focus on feeling comfortable and finding as much well-being as you can

and it should back off. I would try not to worry about it and get on with other things.

    Best wishes

    Julian

  • @TheCondemnedProphet Is it only temporary because I've had mines for a few days now and it seems to get less louder and starts to fade everytime I clear the wax out

  • @CyberMcRock

Yeah, it can. Thats the main cause. I got unlucky... :(

  • @shusterandy Thanks for getting back to me. I hope that you can find out what is the cause of your Tinnitus and get some relief. when I was younger the doctors thought that I had 'Glue Ears' which is caused by mucus build up within the middle ear. Anyway good luck with whatever you decide I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

  • @mclaughlin72 Thanks, if its not from my sinuses I will try some how to get cranial saceral therapy.

  • Can a build up of wax cause a temporary tinnitus

  • @shusterandy I hope all will be OK for you. I will have my fingers crossed for you that something can be done to help you. Tinnitus is not fun. As you know.

  • @mclaughlin72 I am going to have a cat scan to see if my sinuses are blocked, because the more congested I get, the ring is more louder..

  • @shusterandy Why would you bother? There are most likely doctors/specialist better in your own country. Btw there is no known cure for Tinnitus according to my specialist but there are ways to get relief in order to cope with the symptoms. Tinnitus usually comes about from losing your hearing whether by accident/injury,infections, loud noises i.e. doing roadworks without protection, I was born with nerve damage to my ears so I have had Tinnitus all my life.

  • @TheJepperen Yes you are correct. Tinnitus is when your hearing can start to deteriorate. As I mentioned I have had a 40pct hearing loss when I was born courtesy of my brother contracting German Measles while my mother was pregnant with me & passing it on. Tinnitus does occur usually because the nerves in the ear connecting to the ear drum are damaged. I am 40,just went for a checkup 3 days ago & my hearing is still ok. Not 100pct but ok.

  • @mclaughlin72

No all tinnitus is because you lose your hearing.

I have had it since I was 12, and I hear totally fine.
