The male singer's voice is familiar. Does he sing part of an opening for Naruto or something?

@SpaceAboveSky It's basically just about patrons in a bar telling the wise bartender their lifes' stories and in return he offers support with drink and advise in addition to some interesting history lessons tied to their situations and beverages of choice. It's only 13 episodes but I keep coming back to it alot because I find it very meditative. It's relaxing to have it playing in the background but still suprisingly engaging if you actually pay attention.
