  • hey fyb,

i see a lot of people telling you that they prefer normal speed videos, but i really want to stress to you that your slow motion videos are extremely important and needed by people like me.

the most i've learnt about tennis is from your slow motion videos, not normal speed.

so please keep a major focus on slow-mo videos of players motions and movements and overall play.

    thanks guys!

I think that if federer were to have a "signature shot", it would be his backhand passing shot that he literally just flicks

  • U said his inside out forehands were his signature shot, but I thought he was known for his backhand...

  • @mrbackhand1234 Yes, maybe that and, in the modern era, Pros are hitting it pretty hard. I mean, the racquet head moves because he's hitting it so hard he can't keep his wrist completely still

  • well actually to answer your question miroveca, federer may or may not be using a loose grip, i dont know. but the reason his raquet it rotating abter contact is because of the amount of topspin needed to keep the ball in the court at the speeds that they are hitting.

  • ive noticed on several slow-mo videos of federer hitting forehands that he has a pretty loose grip on the raquet. i mean there are times where the raquet even starts rotating a bit after ball contact. is it only federer or all pros are having a pretty loose grip on the raquet handle?
