When Capcom produced the original Street Fighter Alpha in 1995, Guy would be one of two Final Fight characters to be included in the game along with the game's second stage boss Sodom. In this game, Guy's character design was altered slightly, with his ninja boots replaced by sneakers, although his fighting style mimics that of his Final Fight counterpart.Guy and Sodom would be joined by Rolento in 1996's Street Fighter Alpha 2 and by Cody in 1998's Street Fighter Alpha 3, followed by Maki's appearance in the portable versions of Alpha 3. Guy's new design would be used in the second Final Fight sequel for the Super NES, Final Fight 3 in 1995, where he teams up once again with Haggar to save Metro City from the Skull Cross gang.

In the Alpha games, Guy's Bushin predecessor is revealed to be a man named Zeku, who would appear in Guy's ending in Street Fighter Alpha 2 to test Guy for his successorship. Zeku's presence in the game contradicts Final Fight 2, which identifies Genryusai as Guy's sensei, as designers of the Alpha games did not take into account the Super NES Final Fight sequels when developing the games. When Maki was reintroduced in Capcom vs. SNK 2, Capcom provided the explanation that Maki belongs to the original clan that formed the Bushin style and that Genryusai was Zeku's master, who in turn trained Guy and Maki.

One of Cody's major appearances was in 1998's Street Fighter Alpha 3, being the fourth Final Fight character to appear in the Alpha sub-series. In this game, Cody ended his relationship with Jessica and became a convicted felon after getting in too many fights following the events of the original Final Fight. He appears in a blue and white striped prison uniform with handcuffs alongside the hand wraps and tennis shoes he wore in Final Fight (he can freely remove his handcuffs at will when he taunts, but wears them anyway for no given reason).

Terry has served as the lead character of the Fatal Fury series since his debut in the first game of the series. The original Fatal Fury centers around Terry and his younger brother Andy, who enter the King of Fighters tournament to avenge their father's death, who was murdered a decade ago by the tournament's sponsor Geese Howard.

Andy practices the Shiranui-ryuu ("style" in Japanese) ninjutsu and a form of empty-handed ninja combat called Koppouken, which he trained in after witnessing his foster father's murder in order to gain revenge on Geese Howard. Mai Shiranui is his fiancée (in her mind), and the granddaughter of Hanzo Shiranui, the man he learned Ninjitsu from.

  • Anybody who gives me a thumbs down and/or disagrees with me is simply pathetic and dishonest. Face the facts, people, Street Fighters always reign supreme. -Sigh, rolls eyes, smirk.- However, I'm not saying Fatal Fury is bad, no no. I like Fatal Fury, but I'm also honest and honest enough to say that Street Fighter is the best fighting series of all time and the best one-on-one fighting characters.

  • You know what the problem is? You're a dick sucking Street Fighter fanboy. How do I know?

You said anyone who disagrees with you is simply pathetic and dishonest, which is funny, because you ARE pathetic, but not fully dishonest.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy the next video I'm going to make, because it'll prove your retarded-ass wrong.

  • BaiMeiHu obviously doesn't know what a real fighting game is. The Street Fighter series is the best ever. Those may be CAPCOM characters you see there but not Street Fighters, they're Final Fight characters. Put those couple of idiots, Terry & Andy against Ryu & Ken and you'll watch your precious fools, Terry & Andy get beaten to a bloody pulp. -Smirk.-

  • No, Ryu & Ken barely beat the most of the time. Remember, Terry & Andy's AIs are strong, so the chances of them getting beaten to a bloody pulp are low.

  • @ReneO93V2 TERRY DESTROYS THEM WITH A POWER GEYSER!!!!

  • final fight is more oldschool than fatal fury, and much cooler, final fight all the way, but terry and andy are fuckin kill too

  • theres 2 cody's? one with jessica and one in prison

  • That 20 Hit combo was sweet nice work

  • the KoF 11 boss used the power of Orochi to wark time-space. Or cast a pretty, retro rave illusion. Not sure which, really.

  • Orochi maybe have enough power to destroy the world just like he said in KOF 97. but I don't know about warp the fabric time and space, warps reality. when did he do that?

  • Movie may not be Canon, BUT:

-The Orochi power can warp the fabric of time-space.

-Iori Yagami, Kyo Kusanagi, etc. Canonically beat them.

-Terry Bogard is canonically on par with them.

-Therefore, Terry Bogard is Canonically on par with people who beat power that warps reality.

-Therefore, not even the Dark Hado could beat Terry when he's being serious.

  • um... if you mean movie it's non-canon. but I still believe Terry would win against Ryu or Ken.

  • Wonder if this guy has ever, ever seen the Fatal Fury movies.

Terry Bogard is a monster when he gets serious. Hence most of his fighting is done with a light heart and a smile.

Which, he did his best to teach to Rock Howard, as well, saving the world from a nightmare worse than Geese.

As for Ken/Ryu... Ken is only ever "strong" in a fighting game sense when he's succumbed to the Dark Hadou... and the only CLEAR CUT victories Ryo's ever had were under similar circumstance.

  • So? I know Ryu and Ken creations that can pretty much destroy Terry and Andy in a fight.
