Ingredients: WATER, SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, WHEAT GLUTEN, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% MALT EXTRACT, SALT, WHEAT STARCH, YEAST EXTRACT, SUGAR, NATURAL FLAVOR (NON-MEAT), DRIED ONIONS, GARLIC POWDER, SPICES

Thank you for the recipe. How large is your crockpot so I can gauge what size pot I need.

And to anyone who doesn't know about boca crumbles, you can find them in the frozen food section, usually next to or near the french fries.

This looks good. However, I don't know about the boca crumbles (would have to use a subsitute). I used them before to make sloppy joe and it was horrible!!

I'm not even gonna lie...I was being negative when I read the title.  Thinking, "vegetarian chili??!! Where they do that?!" But this looks very very good. I think I'm going to try it. Thanks for the recipe.
