Commander Rick "censors" TVOntario host Enrico Gruen's Second Nature to discuss censorship with Frank Miller (Robocop 2 writer), Charles Vess (comic book artist), Denys Cowan (artist, The Question), David Lloyd (artist, V For Vendetta) and Elaine Lee (writer, Starstruck) from the world of comics, and speculative fiction writers Harlan Ellison, Spider Robinson, Jack Vance and Clive Barker.
One of these days I'm going to catch an episode of Second Nature.

It's all irrelevant cuz most of the people that read comics are potheads

What Commander Rick and Steve Bissette didn't include in their story was that after the Comics Code Authority wouldn't approve the Spiderman Anti-Drug Issue and it backfired on them, they DID approve the Green Lantern/Green Arrow "Speedy is a Drug Addict" issue that came later! To call them wind-shifting hypocrites would be to compliment them!

Actually, burning the flag is a protected act in the U.S. In fact a specific Supreme Court case decided in June of 1990 upheld an earlier ruling and concluded, "The government's interest in preserving the flag as a symbol did not outweigh the individual right to disparage that symbol through expressive conduct."
