hey i dont know how to use ultra combos....wen i go to command list it shows charge l Kick.... wat do tht charge mean...?

thumbs up if you think almost half the people that play him online on (only sf4) sucked seing as how their shun goku satsu had poor setup and whenever they tried to do tenma gou hadou they would end up throwing out a hard punch... ken scrubs and ryu scrubs also all they do is press r1 or right bumper (rb)
