@1q3er5 That's completely wrong. A longer stick allows you to poke pucks better but that's about it. Almost everything else is better with a shorter stick. The only real tradeoff is losing control for power, since the angle physics of any rotation means that you're sacrificing some rotational distance in favor of being able to control it. And you don't understand; if you're able to handle a long stick that's swell, but that means you can handle a shorter stick even better than the long one.

@xAfterDawnx There are SOME things you can do MUCH better with a longer stick. like taking pucks off opponents, SOME technical moves you can't do with short sticks and its really GREAT for keep away. its easier for you to trick an opponent which direction you are heading because a longer stick helps you change your direction more radically - and you have more range. I ve heard most nhl'ers keep there sticks chin height or even less. if u can HANDLE them u have an advantage

@1q3er5 As far as I know it's not longer than the average stick...but you DO realize a longer stick means LESS control, right? Which would make this more impressive if it was longer
