Day 7 of the 'Great Britain IV' tour gave us northeners another chance to enjoy some Great Western power as Castle class no. 5029 'Nunney Castle' was in charge of the train for this leg of the tour from Preston to Bristol via Crewe and Shrewsbury. A lovely spring morning for the two shots included in the video. The first at Dutton Viaduct and the second, at Pinsley Green, near Wrenbury.

  • Thanks, smoke depends on many things, could be a poor batch of coal or just had a shovelful put on the fire as she comes into shot.

  • nice clip, do they always smoke so heavily?
