CAAT demo at arms-to-Middle-East conference

On 8th September 2011, Royal Bank of Scotland hosted a seminar organised by the UK government's arms sales unit (UKTI DSO) to assist companies selling arms to regimes in the Middle East, including those that have been brutally suppressing pro-democracy protests.

CAAT quickly organised a protest, which prompted the organisers to remove online publicity and claim that the event had been cancelled. Not to be fooled that easily, activists protested outside RBS and discovered that the event was still taking place after all.
