Where does Allred find these idiots? At least give them a quick class on how to look credible while reading a fake script/statement. This dude gambled his money away, is filing for bankruptcy, and has recanted his statements regarding his financial assistance to Bialek.

Cain cannot and should not back out now.. if he does, then this dirty political game is won by the same rats in a polluted system that is ruining America.

@Aegius It seems legit enough to count in the court of public opinion, and I'm not trying to convict Cain on anything. I don't even think his womanizing disqualifies him from the office of Presidency--if I thought that, I wouldn't want Clinton back. ;)

I've just weighed all the evidence, and personally, I think he did it. And I think he did it more often than people have come forward.

Statute of limitations in state of IL for criminal sexual assault: 10 years if not reported. 2 years if reported. If Bialek reported to the police in 2004, when Cain was running for Senator, then her claim would have had credence legally. It has NO CREDENCE now as the legal limit have statute of limitations has expired 4 years ago.

@HisokanoOkami You take allegations from 14 years prior seriously? Whether or not the accused is running for office is outside of the point, b/c it doesn't pertain to the credibility of the accuser. If the accuser waits too long after the event, the accusation doesn't bear credence. That's what occurred w/Bialek.

@HisokanoOkami Other ppl come forward? Only 2 other persons. The other accuser didn't specifically say anything concrete, nor provide any evidence. BTW, she is the communications director of the Treasury Dept under Obama and worked in Chicago as ALL the accusers did. Bialek's ex-boyfriend came forward and frankly wasn't present at the event and only came forward as well 14 years after the alleged event. That's called hearsay and that doesn't count. cont....

@megarational Get this str8. She did NOT report it to police or to a lawyer at all for 14 years. She might have stated it to 2 ppl who were NOT authorities, nor connected to the law, but that is hearsay at best. She did NOT report it for 14 years in any official manner. That is a fact.
