thats not either he's using its wd/40 a lubrcating srpay that happens to be flammable , thats why its hardly working to start the engine , it isnt near as harsh on the cylinder walls

Sounds like it's not getting any gas. Probably they have a tank full, just not bothered to check and see if the fuel-line is ok.
