We had a 90-lb Pit Bull that visited the rest home nearby every week, along with our retrievers. The old folks loved him and saved treats for him, and most just couldn't believe he was this pit bull monster they'd heard about on TV.
The only dangerous ones are raised by people you wouldn't trust around your hubcaps for 30 seconds.
