  • those beans were frozen. they do not take much time to cook...i have the heat on high until they start sizzling then i lower the heat to low for about 15-20 minutes. taste them before you turn the heat off and if they taste done to you then take them off of the heat otherwise leave them on for another 5-10 minutes until fully cooked. enjoy!

  • Thanks St0rm for your comment. you can cook them fresh with the outer shell on if they are new and tender, but you have to clean the tips and the sides from the fiber thread like stuff on it, it tends to be tough and does not cook well. as for the inside bean itself, i do not shell it, i use it as it is , and if i am using the frozen ones, i do not shell them at all ....they are good for you, full of fiber. thanks for coming by watching and leaving a comment.
