There is not a weight restriction. You are only allowed 2 dogs and if you are not able to hold the dog in the elevator, you have to use the service elevator. There is a small dog area out near the pool and cook out area on the back deck. It is a very pool area there. Are you here locally or planning a trip out? Thanks for your fast reply, I'm in chicago and planning to move to las vegas in the next year. I'm very interested in Hi rises,i was just concerned about where to take my dog9french bulldog) for short walk. I'll keep you in mind when i'm ready.
