Hey There remove Norton and install kaspersky is really good and fast, u can disable some startup programs typing MSCONFIG on run and uncheck some startup programs that you dont need, also use disk cleanup once in a week empty the TEMP folder and get any good registry cleaner and most important just install in ur machine just what you need... this will make is PC go really fast and the program for boot is called BOOTTIMER
